Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri

Day 2: Sankri to Judah Ka Taal

Day 3: Judas Ka Taal goes to the Kedarkantha base camp

Day 5: Hargaon to Sankri to Dehradun

On the last day of the journey, you will return to Sankari and then to Dehradun. The total distance to travel on the last day is also about 6 km so the day is long and lazy.

How to get to the Kedarkantha Trek: –

The Kedarkantha trek route is not very difficult. You can easily reach the camp area with the help of local transportation once you reach Dehradun.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport at Dehradun located about 25 kilometers from the city. From Delhi, there is a daily flight to Dehradun. After arriving in Dehradun you can rent a cab or use local transportation to get to the camp.

By train:

You can catch the train to Dehradun from Delhi. There are regular trains from Delhi to Dehradun so you can take a night trip to Dehradun from Delhi and after that, you can use a private car or bus to get to Sankri.

By road:

Ordinary buses run from Delhi to Dehradun which you can take. There are Delhi government buses running so it is advisable to take the government bus from Kashmere gate in Delhi to Dehradun. After arriving in Dehradun you can use the local transport system or you can rent a private car to get to Sankri.
